Commissions

*Photographs may have been taken of your comissioned piece and may appear on Red Wolf Studio's, website, on-or-off-line gallery or any other studio-owned property as an example of work. Photographs taken of any works prior to sale remain legal property of Red Wolf Studio.

Any and all works, images and photographs of Red Wolf Studio are not to be altered, reissued or reposted with out written expressed permission from the owner and the artist. All images are legal property of Red Wolf Studio & 'Card' Cassandra Ziegler and are not for reuse reguardless of reason. If the work is a comission, gift, trade or request, the other parties involved may repost, share and do as they wish within personal bounds. Any comercial use of art is strictly prohibited with out prior agreement or written expressed permission from the owner & artist.

Red Wolf Studio offers repairs for any and all Dream Catchers be they original works of Red Wolf Studio or not. Please realize that some repairs may change the look of a Dream Catcher or may not be possible at all; however we try hard to make the best of everything.

Base Commission Prices & Payment

Do to the variety of pieces avaible, prices are avaible upon request. Prices depend on what type of comission, the mount of work involved and the materials needed. We are quite capable working within the means of a given budget. Please keep in mind that time sensative pieces might come with an additional fee and we recomend that you place your order as soon as possible; we recoomend at least one month in advaince. No quoted price will include shipping. Shipping; where applicable, will be calculated when your order is ready, which is also when payment is due. Payments are accepted, under the condition you cover all fees (Pay pal). An order will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Examples of work available upon request. If we are not able to assist you we will connect you with another artist that can.

Taxedermy

Fur, bone, teeth, claws and other 'organic materials' are used in some of our works- such as the Native American style pieces. The animals used are from unranched animals. Most items are bought or traded from people who practice taxidermy or hunt and have no current use for them. Escentially I am using what normally would be discarded.

Ordering

Orders are started in the order they are received Pictures and updates will be sent as things progress so you can confirm each step as it is constructed (some exclusions may apply). Please be as detailed as possible and do not be alarmed if we ask a lot of questions, we like to get the specifics right! ^_~

A Touch of You

If your comission is a craft or other work based on some treasure you have that is to be added, we of course would most likly need this item in advanced. Some items, such as personal additions to dreamcatchers, are not needed to be sent.

Trades, Charity & Contests

Trades are avaible; however, we are select on what we trade for. Trades can take longer to finish as they are last in the que line. For more information about Trades, please ask.

Comissions and other words are avaible for Charity benefits (at our discresion). Such as contest prizes, raffle items and so on. We only ask that you pay shipping (when needed) and provide us with proof of the Benefit Function.

For Non-Charity Benefits we have supplied art pieces as prize or gift receipts for commissions in the past.

What if I Have to Cancel?

This will be decided upon a case to case basis. If we don't hear from you for months (after much prodding and waiting) your comission may be put up for general sale. If you have paid for all or part of it you will receive a partial refund (You will lose your Studio fee and any funds used to pay for fees or special order items). If you are unable to make payment and notify us then we will gladly hold it for you until you are able to pay for it. Payment plans are accepted with prior notification.

Gift Options

We offer Gift Certificates in $5 increments. Comissioned gifts will be mailed to the receiver directly with a note or card containing who the gift is from and any message you would like.

Receipt & ordering information will be sent to you at no extra cost. Each piece reguardless if you are purchasing it as a gift or for yourself, is as carefully wrapped as any present.

Rush Orders & Deadlines

You should place your order 4-6 weeks ahead of time. Rush orders may require additional fees. If you need your order by a certain date we need to know before the order is placed!
